Heath Nichols

Meet Heath, a talented residential real estate developer with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As a native of central Louisiana, Heath has a deep understanding of the local real estate market, which he has leveraged to build an impressive portfolio which now includes his most recent commercial property development, The Vibe Coworking Space.

Heath was intergal in the design and refurbishment of the near 100 year old A&P Grocery located in the 600 block of Main Street located in downtown Pinveville, La. Heath incorporated modern finishes such as custom copper rolling doors, chandeliers, and smart technology to ensure the building maintained its history while meeting the demands of a modern workspace.

In addition to his passion for real estate, Heath is a devoted family man and a former boxer known as “Lil Rocky”. His experience as a boxer taught him discipline, perseverance, and the importance of hard work – qualities that he has carried with him throughout his diverse career which includes working as a Respiratory Therapist, Cardiovascular Perfusionist, and serving in the National Guard.
